The Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board determines the institution's strategic orientations and exercises permanent control over its management.

In Le Havre, the Supervisory Board (5-year term of office) is composed of 18 members.

Mrs Emmanuèle PERRON is its President.  Jean-Baptiste GASTINNE is the 1st Vice-Chairman and Mrs Léa LASSARAT, the 2nd Vice-Chairman.
